The tree seemingly living for itself, provide for itself; like a self-existent thing.

“When the wind blows, a tree sways.

The leaves eventually detach.

Falling and decomposing; forming an O Horizon.

Nourishing back to itself.

Other natural providers; rain, sun, soil and air fall to its own positions.”

This real-time process would take forever. 'How to make a tree grow forever?' is a site-specific art installation. A literal representation of a tree taking forever to grow; an infinite process. This work is a visual representation of objectifying and shortening the process of the life-cycle of a tree while comparing the durational process in its real-time growth. Comparing the durational process of waiting for a tree to grow which takes forever, and seeing a tree growing forever which takes a glance.
